I had no problem with the same combo and region 1.

I watched the Unrated version and no problems. I have not watched the Theatrical version yet though. They are both on the same disc.

Yeah I just got this movie and it's the same for me while reviewing it on my PC playback software. Whether using Nero Showtime and Windows Media Player, but it did play without displaying the 'Enter/Select' prompt screen. Haven't burned to disc yet but have already noticed that this disc is not the normal run of the mill protection. Probably easy to defeat but might be some different tactics the movie studios are prototyping...lol...

Anyways, I'll post back with what the back-up disc does, and/or if I find out why/how that info bar appears along the bottom while trying to view the files with certain playback software...

Edit:...It's if you keep the subtitles...

Meant to say that it didn't appear when using MCE...but it did when using Showtime or Media Player..

Re: Number 23

For those that got this movie...a question??...Anybody able to get subtitle options from the original??
Seems weird that I can't access the subtitles when trying to view the original, but they do appear in the DVDShrink window, however..only english sub-#1 can be picked up when copying, #2 and #3 cannot, or doesn't display with the playback software??? Haven't tried to burn to disc with subs #2 / #3...
Hmmmm...strange.....Hmmmmm...#2???...#3????...= 23!!!

Anyways, if anyone got the subs to work, let me know...lol

Re: Number 23

MBK,
Go into your player's onscreen setup menu and be sure that display of all subtitle tracks are turned "on" or "enabled". Also try it in a standalone player vs a computer based player.

Edit:...It's if you keep the subtitles...

There are none
"Closed Captioning" [cc] works good though

One of the Subtitle tracks
- is the InfiniFilm - More about the Movie 'prompts'
- One is the "Fact Track - Trivia"
English 3 - Is used for - OFF ( None of the Above )

It depends on which Version of the Film you are Viewing :
Theatrical , UnRated , infiniFilm
- that dictates which 'directive' is being used - at the time

How did you back this Up - Movie Only - or "Full" ?

For Movie Only = Deselect Subtitles
