No further comments except to advise that the keys were not black listed and information from nero was helpful indeed, asking if AnyDVD was being used on our computers and what version etc. The best help we received indeed!!!

This thread is for the purpose of this comment only as trojans etc, black listed keys had been suggested in the past for Paid for Family keys that were safely locked away and my threads were always subjected to closures and so I decided to make this final remark and the thread can then be closed.
