I believe that isn't too much to ask. SlySoft says, they do not replace lost keys. I understand that, because it is a timely and therefore costly(!) procedure.
Some guy must sit there, read emails, do some detective work on a user's e-mail address in a database, answer him, resend the keys and because they are in the end caught by some AOL spam filter, create a new download link, ...
This all costs time and money, and it is a waste of money, because it is SOOOO easy for the user to keep the key safe.
If you accidently lose money on your way out of the bank, you can't go back and say "hey, can you please replace it"?
And remember, we aren't talking about a "Photoshop-class" several hundret dollar program (although I doubt that the tech support of Adobe as better than SlySofts). We are talking about 39 bucks.
SlySoft's products are very cheap for what you get, so if you are stupid enough to "throw them away", well then buy them again.
That said, I know that SlySoft usually does replace keys, regardless of what they say on their site. Just to keep their customers happy. But you might have to say "pretty, please".

Olli You are possible good man!! But please don't try to use that as excuse,because the guy only ask you nice way to help him get his lost licence key.If try to show more understanding in such case.people going to "RESPECT" You more and buy you Products too!!Or you going to drive them away from "SlySoft"!!??

Sometimes I have to wonder who in the H*LL unleashed some of these individuals on a keyboard!!! I get a headcahe trying to decipher some of these posts. They ought to go and work for Macrovision!!!! Talk about encryption!!!! LOL

haste makes waste....should have backed up your keys...forget all of the pomp and circumstance....take time to properly back up all sensitive data and keys....suck it up and move on..you lost...lick your wounds and move on

I have NO problem with people for whom English is not their first language, but half the time the asswipes who post like this are AMERICAN.

Here's a hint - if you can't SPELL, don't try to make up for it with LOTS!! OF !!!?!?!? PUNC!TUA!!!!TION?????

As far as the keys go, both sides of the argument have good points and bad points. dvdburner13, I know waiting sucks, but I think if you're patient, Slysoft will take care of you.

It’s been over 1 week since Forum member dvdburner13 made his original posting concerning lost Registration Keys.

Out of curiosity I wonder if he ever received replacement Registration Keys from SlySoft.

I hardly believe he got the keys...he wrote 3 times within 24 hours to

I did finally receive replacement keys for the 2 programs. I sent an email in return to thank them.

Actually if you register your windows product with microsoft (which includes your windows key when sent) they will usually resend your installation key. That is of course after you verify your information with them but still. Also if you break your disc they will replace it free of charge. Same requirements -- register the product and verify your information when you call. This is all in the license agreement.
