the movie mr. woodcock it will not scan so it can go to the next step need help

the movie called (saw 4) will not go any where at all.confused in this probelm ,,,maybe new updates will help ???

use anydvd 6.3.0.9. Right click on the fox and 'rip to hard drive'. That worked for me. I believe 6.3.0.7 was the first release to support Mr. Woodcock, so if you are using a earlier release it probably wouldn't rip properly.
