Hi all of you dissapointed, bewlidered Matshita users. I've come to a realization that the Matshita curse is here to stay. My query now is, which external DVD burner is reliable, fast, compact and effecient (doesn't have problems with Any/Clone DVD). I'm thinking of buying one ASAP. Cheers. Oh if anyone knows of a firmware for the UJ820S let me know.

It doesn't have to be an external drive. You can also use a external caddy & an internal IDE drive, it gives you more options.
