I agree with your statement, und usually it is true. The statement "try Recode, if CloneDVD didn't work" doesn't help the CloneDVD customer.
Same with "AnyDVD doesn't work, use DVD Decrypter". This isn't a good suggestion.
But this case is slightly different. An AnyDVD customer has a (potential?) problem, so suggesting to try a different program together with AnyDVD can be a valid suggestion to narrow down the problem. (Is it AnyDVD? Is it the copy program? Is it a combination?)
In your example it wouldn't be "Buy a Ford" but "can you try a different brand of tires to check, if there is a difference".
Even if AnyDVD is supposed to work with all programs available, it is probably best tested in combination with CloneDVD.

This was just a generic rant, in Bakes911 case trying CloneDVD probably won't help much, because AnyDVD wouldn't even decrypt the DVD.

Man of the House is a Sony protected DVD.

I used DVD Decrypter with no problem. Processed from there with Nero Recode.
It has the Fullscreen version and the Widescreen version on the same disk.

P.S. I would have used DVD Rebuilder but I ripped movie only and it was only about 3500Mb.
