Hi....i've been using Anydvd for over a year now and i installed AnyDVD on my new computer a couple of months ago but everytime i use AnyDVD i keep getting this error:



My computer is clean...I'm using Firefox and I even scanned for spywares and viruses...nothing. I reinstall AnyDVD several times and i just reformatted my computer and the same thing happened yesterday when i was backing up Dark Water with AnyDVD 5.6.3.1 and CloneDVD 2.8.5.1. I always get the error when AnyDVD has been running in the background for over 20-30min. Any way i can fix this?? Thanks

I don't know if this will help you. But recently some antivirus s/w when picking up auto update from AnyDVD, translate this action as a corruption. Try switching AnyDVD's auto update off.

Don't modify it in *any* way. (In other words: don't try to use a crack)

I always downloaded the AnyDVD software from Slysoft.com but i was using a patch...Maybe that's why i always get that msg. It's kinda strange since i never get that kind of msg on my old computer. Anyways, if you are sure that's the problem then i'll buy the software right away! Thanks

In order to do a fresh install and reinstall it...what should i do? Is it enough just to uninstall the older version and reinstall?

uhhhhh of course that's a problem. you were stealing their software.

uninstall the whole thing off your system, redownload from slysoft.com, purchase and run the key from them.
