| Re: Install Issue Did you recently install one of the two drives making sure the jumper settings were correct? If jumpers are correct,try going into device manager and uninstall both drives (right click on drive) from your system, then reboot and let Windows detect them. |

| Re: Install Issue What version of AnyDVD do you have? I know a couple of versions back people reported this problem - I think it was fixed around version 5.2.4.2. When you uninstall make sure you use the AnyDVD uninstall not the windows add/remove programs. Make sure you have the latest version from www.slysoft.com Reboot - reinstall - reboot straight away and see how you get on. Appologies if you have already tried this. Doing some more reading - make sure you don't have DVD43 installed as well and make sure that you have the latest firmware for both your drives. Post back to say how you got on! |
