| Help from the masters of burning! I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 700M laptop with the following burner: SONY DVD+-RW DW-D56A I have never been able to burn a dvd without problems. Either the software locks up or stalls after reading the dvd for about an hour or two. Most of the time it will just sit there and not burn. Here is the kicker though...Once in a while it will burn a movie just as it is suppose to but no current name brand movies. I have this same software on my desktop and everything works fine. (Both computers I can't use the current versions due to the problems listed above...atleast with the software of the desktop everything works fine...just slow) Current versions on laptop: AnyDVD 4.6.3.1 CloneDVD2 2.7.5.1 Operating system: XP Pro Any help will be gladly appreciated....MD |
