When I play the DVD it starts in the middle of one of the episodes and there is no menu to select episodes.

Re: Help

Help! is not a very good title description. Please be a little more descriptive in the future.

Try changing AnyDVD to emulate a region 2 disc.

"Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 1!"

Re: Help

Thanks for the reply, sorry about the Help title, I see what you mean.
The DVD now plays from the start, but when I click on the Episode Selection icon, nothing happens. At the end of the intro, it skips onto Episode 1, past the episode selection page. If I open the Power DVD menu and click on Menu Selection, it comes up in grey. Is there any way I can select episodes? There are 12 per disc.

Thanks again for your help.

Instead of playing the Video this way why don't make region free copy of it and then try to play the copy version.

Re: Help

I've seen something close with my Star Trek Voyager discs. They will auto load and play an episode. If I hit the "menu" key, they just stop playing. I have to hit "play" and then the "menu" key again to get to that episode's menu. Then I have to select the "main menu" button and go to the main menu and select episodes. Everyone of them does this. I am able to select different episodes but I have to jump thru those hoops eveytime I put a new disc in. Strange.
