Re: Help

1. MAke sure there is no leftovers of DVD43. Do a search on the PC.

There is a need to configure to use anydvd with 1 click but I don't know this maybe alan or someone that uses this can help you set this up for anydvd to decrypted useing 1 click.

Re: Help

I have removed all of dvd43 from my comp before i installed anydvd but it still doesn't work. 1 click just won't reconise that the dvd has been decrypted.

Re: Help

you might want to download "CrapCleaner," as it will search your registry for leftover uninstallation issues, then you can delete them. It is freeware, and a very good program. Also, it is very conservative on what it removes from your registry, so I have never backed my registry up, as I have never had any trouble from the things it erased in the registry. This might solve your problem. Try that program, then try AnyDVD again.

Are you using a RAID or SATA controller for your DVD-reader?
Can you try standard Microsoft IDE drivers?

Yes, but why was it running in Safe Mode? (This is not the "Default" mode)

1click did have a problem a while back with AnyDVD running in safe mode.

What versions are you running?

Re: Help

don't know why really I was just playing around with the settings and i got it to work when safe mode was off and it wouldn't work when it was on. I'm running verison 4.2 of 1 click I've had it for ages but been coming across some probs with dvd43 so thought i'd look for a better decrypter.

Jokes aside, you are correct. 1click won't work if AnyDVD is set to "SafeMode", this is normal.
