Re: First post, cause I can't figure Narnia out

@HoAx,

Yes, you are correct. Normally I wouldn't even use DVD Decypter, but DVDShrink couldn't read Narnia. So...I used DVD Decrypter to rip the DVD to my hard drive (and DVD Shrink DID find two places where it had to insert dummy sectors).

Now, I also agree that I could use DVDShrink to remove the extras, but I perfer the VOBBlanker interface and, more importantly, you lose menu functionality within DVDShrink if you reauthor it there.

Re: First post, cause I can't figure Narnia out

Region 1 The Chronicles of Narnia

Anydvd 5.9.5.3 + Shrink 3.2.0.15 = no problems

Anydvd 5.9.5.3 + Nero Recode 2.2.8.5 = no problems

In order to use Recode for this disc, you must uncheck "Copy Protection
Based on Structural Errors" in Anydvd's DVD tab (under "feature removal"). This is something to keep in the back of your mind whenever you use Recode. Also, I recommend importing the disc using your burner, only, if you use Recode.

Anydvd 5.9.5.3 + Clonedvd2 2.8.9.2 = no problems

Anydvd 5.9.5.3 + DVD Decrypter 3.5.4.0 = no problems

I did not drag and drop or use Anydvd's ripper--at all.
