Failed to open file %s. - Club CDFreaks

Dear Members,
I used to be able to copy any DVD I liked but since trying to use a dual layer burner which I took back to the shop for a refund I am getting the error message shown in the subject line reported by Nero Recode 2. Have I damaged something in fitting and removing the dual layer burner?

Any help offered would be very much appreciated,

I guess you've misunderstood something this is the Anydvd software forum, you thought something like copy any dvd? It doesn't matter what exactly for a error you got from recode?
