I purchased the key and received it in my email. Downloaded it, installed it, re-booted and expected great things. OOPS!! Didn't happen!! What gives??
What do I need to do?? I uninstalled and re-installed; but, no help. HELP!!! HELP!!!

I suggest to contact SlySoft customer support.

Did you have a earlier trial version installed? sometimes if not removed it will cause this error. Also if so did you install the registered version in the same directory? you may still be accessing your old expired version.

Uninstall any previous versions, delete all shortcuts to to them and then install, apply key to new installed version.

They are the same program, they are not 2 diffrent programs, the registered version just has the registration in the registry. The trial version is the full program and you add the key to stop the time limit.....

I acknowledge my post was confusing and I realize they are not different programs, however...
If he installed his downloaded version in a new directory and still has the expired version installed he may be accessing it through it's shortcuts not realizing he is accessing the expired version. Not all people install in the default path that programs install to. I don't, certain programs are installed to specific partitions on my PC. This is for backup purposes. Some people are forced to do this since the default path is to a maxed out partition.
