Convert PAL to NTSC - Club CDFreaks

Could DVD created in PAL be converted to NTSC using AnyDVD and CloneDVD?
I got a DVD with Region Code ALL and PAL. New DVD player required only NTSC.

Try TMPGEnc 3.0 XPress from http://www.pegasys-inc.com/en/index.html.

I used nero vision express 3 tp convert a pal movie to ntsc.

How do you do it? Is there a menu or something?
Let's say I have the movie ready to burn, what should I do?

You have to save pal file to hd . Option in nero vision express 3 is "create new film". Press Button "more" and choose "NTSC" in video options and then export it as ntsc.
