Close CloneDVD
Start AnyDVD
Insert the DVD
Watch the Fox (le lupa?)
Does it grey-out and go red again?
Hover your mouse cursor over the AnyDVD Tray Icon.

It will report figures for On Off Empty ... what are the numbers

Following that I am having problems with backing-up "Anger Management" the Fox (le lupa) stays grey and the numbers shown are On:0, Off:0, Empty:0
Any ideas?

This is bad. Is the fox red, when no dvd is inserted? Or does it become gray?

Is AnyDVD enabled? (Check settings and Menu)

Either : a) exit and re-start AnyDVD or b) simply reboot the PC.
If a) fails (sometimes) , then b) works flawlessly.

The fox is red before the dvd is inserted. It goes grey when I insert the dvd and I am not able to locate the VIDEO-TS file with CloneDVD. This only happens with "Anger Management". I wonder whether it's something wrong with this particular dvd. On my stand alone dvd player though it gives me no problem and plays 100%.

Ok I am convinced now that the problem lies with the particular dvd.It doesn't do it with other dvds. So let it be.
