you gave a mixed up clonedvd version number and a vague error message.

I'm going to assume you mean you're using clonedvd 2.8.5.1

what are you using to decrypt? I'm assuming anydvd, but what version number?

what region is the disc?

is the problem with ripping or burning?

if the problem is during burning, what type of media are you using?
What speed are you burning at?

if the problem is during ripping, is the disc new? scratched? have you tried ripping from a different drive? at a slower speed?

have you had similar problems with any discs in the past? Is the problem new? Have you added any software recently?

What kind of burner do you have? What firmware version?

give us something to go on so we can at least try to help.

Actually, 5.8.2.1 is the latest Anydvd version number.

A number of people didn't have any issues (granted they were using an older version of Anydvd and possibly a different region of the movie) when using Anydvd 5.7.3.1 and Clonedvd2 2.8.5.1.

further proving my point about how vague and confusing his post was. since he posted a clonedvd error message i assumed he was talking about clonedvd even though he never mentioned what software he was using.

if he came back and provided at least half of the info I asked for we might be able to figure something out for him. Without any info, there's nothing we can do except say what worked for us.
