I am using the lastest version of anydvd 5.6.3.1 and DVD Decrypter. the DVD's are in perfect condition.

1. When DVD Decrypter starts doing the business it reports pack headed warnings and states that there are two many.
2. I am able to rip the movie only in dvd decrypter but when I try to inport it into nero recode the program freezes or displays an error
3. I tried running it through the latest version of Vobblanker but that stop and 40% stating unable to open file.
4. I tried to copy the files to the HDD using no DVD Ripper .. but that failed too
5. I tried to load the DVD straight from the disc into nero recode and the program would always freeze and not respond.

I have had anydvd running in the background on all three occasions.

1. can someone help with me, with the problem or explain how I would up load the files to slysoft for review and possible fix. I did do a search on the forums but turned up nothing.

No you didn't. If you had done a search you would have found the information since it's been posted like 20 times in the past couple months.

Here goes:

1. DISABLE ANYDVD.

2. Copy all the IFO files from the DVD to a folder on your desktop.

3. Zip up that folder (or RAR it or whatever) and e-mail it to Slysoft.

That's it!

I would not lie, I did do a search and I was trying to find the information. why do people always think you are talking S**T ... I am not one of these people who rely on everyone else to do the thinking .. I try my hardest to resolve issues before posting information .. hence this is my first post since i joined this forum ! as this is the first time I am really stuck

Just so that I am clear, when you tried to copy and paste the disc straight onto you hardrive with AnyDVD running it didn't work? I was going to suggest trying CloneDVD2, but if copy and paste doesn't work that would be a bit pointless!!

Don't know if this helps or not, but when I have tried to rip ARccOS protected discs, my drive threw up all sorts of errors, I even used DVDDecypter with a high number of read retries - I then enabled drive speed on AnyDVD to Slow and quiet and it copied it no problem.

Will be interesting to see what Slysoft come back with once they have a look at the IFO's.

Where's Slysoft team member James?? He is usually around to help out in these kinds of situations. Maybe he's getting drunk for 2006!

These titles, as well as the Brothers Grimm... it's been a few days now since SlySoft checked in. I sort of assumed that they were on a holiday break or something.

Hi People

1. After I reinstalled my Master Image for my PC and reinstalled everything, I was able to copy and paste the files to my hard drive. (This didn't work before! PC must of had problems)
2. The only way I could get this thing to work was to use clonedvd2 .. downloaded the trial version from slysoft and it worked. Nero Recode etc.. would not process the files and would always state that it had encountered a problem or the program would freeze.
3. So I am now the owner of both AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 :-).

this has now been save as a text file.

Backed up Marksman region 2 using latest version of AnyDvd 5.6.3.1 and Clone Dvd 2 2.8.5.1 no problem.

Ditto in region 4 with same Any & Clone!
