OK this is what you do.

1. double click the anydvd icon after this leave it alone to know it is doing it's thing look at the taskbar on the bottom right of your desktop.

2. when your info windo comes up click ok.

3 Now open clonedvd2 and browse to the correct folder open it run it then select what you want to copy as you choose.

4. let the program do its magic. Watch your backup now and enjoy.

Based on the info given in the Anydvd status box, I'm of the opinion that's either not the original disc you're attempting to back up or it's damaged.

Check the condition of the DVD. If it has a lot of scratches, you might not be able to "Back-It-up".
