Thanks Zebs, I got mine also. I think its a great idea to have a support forum, much easier than having to e-mail support, when a problem arises.

Yes, the forum does appear to have n00bs but you need to take a few things into account. Most importantly, Slysoft sent an email to a lot of customers and I'd be willing to bet a large majority of them never even heard of CD Freaks and have never been to a forum dedicated to AnyDVD. So, now you have all these new people. You also have to give the moderator[s] time to get things under control. You can't expect a miracle here.

Nothing works perfectly immediately. I wouldn't want to be in the moderator[s] shoes for the next few weeks because it will take some time to get things under control and running smoothly. I'm happy to see an official forum, however. It's nice to see a forum dedicated to Virtual CloneDrive, for instance.

Anyway, I plan to read both forums and I'll simply ignore what isn't of interest to me on the new forums for the time being [which is exactly what I do here, too]. It's in everyone's best interest, IMO, for their to be an official forum as well as reading what the non-Slysoft employees who have an insane amount of knowledge have to say. It's a win-win situation in my book.

I can not get the registration image to display so I can finish registering.
Do I have an incorrect setting in my browser, or is forum having problems?

It's possibly a forum issue. It appears they moved the forum to another server not long ago. Try again in a little bit.

That's something only Slysoft can answer. Possibly they found a problem or possibly wanted to future-proof it by putting on a server that can better handle a heavier load. Only they really know.

I cannot register either cannot get the picture tried internet explorer and firefox and two computers still will not let be see the picture to register.
