I just purchased AnyDVD earlier this week and it has been 4 days now and I still haven't received the download code via email. I have since emailed them 3 more times and still haven't received an email response back. I thought maybe Netzero was blocking the email so the last email request I sent, I gave them an alternate email address but still I've had no luck. I can't find a contact number anywhere on their site and it appears that email requests are the only contact means they accept. Any suggestions? This may be a stupid question but I thought I'd check to see if anyone else has had a similar problem and how it was resolved.

On a side note, I also tested out CloneDVD after I had purchased AnyDVD and realized it was a fantastic program. If I would have purchased them together, I would have received the bundled discount price. I wonder if there is any way to still get the discount after the fact. If anyone has successfully done that, let me know. Thanks!

yes you should have gotten an email, but just in case it got rerouted to your junk folder, they also provide you with a link after you've completed your purchase. I'm pretty sure the email also contains a link PLUS the key itself as an attachment, but I can't really remember.

if you can't locate any of these things then your best bet would be to contact slysoft directly.

your right, they do supply the key as an attachment, but if the emails are in the spam folder of your isp you won't be able to get to it.
