AnyDVD not responding--Please help

When I downloaded new version of AnyDVD, I received the error message "Error opening file for writing 'C:\Program Files\SlySoft\SnyDVD\AnyDialog.dll'" And when I tried to open the icon on the desktop, it didn't respond. The red fox does not appear in the desk tray. And I was able to use AnyDVD last night. I tried to uninstall and start fresh, but an error message popped up, with a problem with the above mentioned file. I'm stuck smack dab in the middle--it won't let me reinstall and it won't let me unistall. I'm not sure what to do next. Please help.

Thank you

Re: AnyDVD not responding--Please help

Maybe you can delete the files manually and the use a tool like regcleaner to delete the registry entries of AnyDVD.
After that, you should be able to reinstall AnyDVD.
