| Anydvd Display Refresh Hi I activated ANYDVD display refresh rate and now I cannot enable access to my advanced settings tab using either right click on the desktop or via the control panel. The message displayed is "An error occurred while Windows was working with the Control Panel file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DESK.CPL" I have reinstalled my vidoe drivers to no avail. I cannot find the desk.cpl on either my Windows 98 or ME disk either. Any ideas please. |

| Re: Anydvd Display Refresh Have you tried to disable this feature again? All back to normal? (After a reboot, looks like your display drivers don't like this feature)
