AnyDVD CPU-usage 100%

I have used AnyDVD about half a year now combined with CloneDVD. It has always been working for me, but now after formatting my disk and reinstall windows XP I have a small problem.

When AnyDVD is starting up with Windows, it takes all my CPU-usage....anybody knows what causes it? I have the latest update, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, I've even tried the second latest update....but it's all the same.

Anybody who can help me with this problem???

Anything "unusual" with your setup?
Virtual Drives?
IDE Busmaster drivers?
Have you tried AnyDVD's "Safe Mode"?

Hmmm...sometimes I use Daemon Tools for a virtual drive, but that's it. What is actually AnyDVD's safe mode??

I think it's working fine now, I unchecked the Auto Update box.
Seems like a bug here, or is it just my computer as usual!?
