| >I was wondering how AnyDVD takes care of Cd protection It puts the illegal TOC of a CD-DA into memory and 'unscrambles' it.

Additionally AnyDVD hides any data session behind the audio tracks as well, so it does bypass any copy protection based on "garbage in the second session" (not only an "illegal TOC") as well as "bad compressed audio tracks" in the second session, or "anti copy protection autostart tool" in the second session... It depends on the drive, but with my Plextor 708 and a NEC Writer so called "protected" AudioCDs look very unprotected!
