AnyDVD on again/off again - Club CDFreaks

For some strange reason, AnyDVD will only sometimes recognize a disc in my secondary drive, NEC ND3550-A (1.06 06030700BT-LIGGY), It's probably hardware or firmware related, but odd in the fact that sometimes it will and sometimes it won't and it's only that burner. I have three and the other two work without any problems. I've tried all the obvious, uninstalling and reinstalling AnyDVD and the burner (PIO/DMA, etc) and the problem persists, any thoughts?

What version of Anydvd do you have ??? And what does the exact error say and also what media type are you using?>?? What is the hardware jumper setting....
