Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner I am with you Tototoo2u I am having issues as well. I been giving the impression from other members of the boards that people who are having issues have ILLEGAL versions of ANYDVD. I for one am pissed off to the tee that they just assume that shit.

Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner its right to assume that when slysoft programs anydvd to present the exact same error that you have when anydvd has been cracked...Its very simple to wait for slysoft support to help you through your problems...just provide your email confirmartion and a few other things and youll be set

Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner But your posts aren't helpful at all. Keep your issues to that thread you were in before. Otherwise, if you post all over the place, it is much harder for people helping. EDIT: And yes you are hijacking his thread. EDIT: Well if you have issues then stay with your original thread. Instead of going all over the place, and talking nonsense. It makes it harder to help other people when there are people like you in the forum. ![]()

Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner Ok...y2K000, I guess I get to be the adult here...I have nothing else to say to you, your posts are not helpful in anyway, and you have an attitude that needs redirectiing ~tototoo2u, I regret that I failed to speak to you directly...If you are experiencing problems with a copy of ANYDVD that you purchased from the SlySoft website, then please follow this link http://www.slysoft.com/en/contact.html This will send you to slysofts support form, where I'm sure you can get some help in your matter. I suggest anyone else having this problem to do the same. Once this is done, club.cdrfreaks.com can not do anything for you aside from granting moral support. Once you have contacted slysoft please wait for either an ANYDVD update, or a respone from slysoft ~Your Friendly Neighborhood Omegatron

Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner Yeah tototoo2u I would wait until a newer version comes out. I am with you on this one. I been doing research online and read a few message boards out there and it seems people are having issues with the new program. I was one of these people as well. Months ago I was faced with the same issue. I waited until the version was out and I was able to upgrade. Patience is the key...

Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner ummm ok i downloaded the new beta because i wanted a better program but it didnt find my dvd drive, no problem cuz i didnt restart yet. Did that... still no drive, ok im tired of this so i uninstalled. Only problem is that it changed the information in my driver, obviously because it works as a driver in the background, and now my entire laptop cant find my dvd driver. Hence i cant use it at all now for anything. It doesnt even show up in the My Computer area... it still shows my dvd drive as installed in the my hardware section but when i troubleshoot it says that there is an error with the driver and it cant be loaded. Thus despite having uninstalled any dvd i can still no longer use my dvd drive... not even for cd's. Basically it ruined my computer with no way to repair. So i decided to get a driver update to fix the prob, but there is no update for my driver yet as its too new, not only that but i can only backup with windows system restore a few days and thats not far enough to correct my driver... any solutions to this would be helpful thanks.

Re: AnyDVD 6.0.9.2 & 6.0.9.5 Will Not recognize DVD Burner Tried that, it finds the device and reinstalls, but because the problem is in the driver, not the drive itself, it still does no good and the drive still wont show up as a useable drive. It's because reinstalling doesnt reinstall the driver only the drive... unforunately my restore cd is for formatting only not particular drivers and as i said the driver isnt available online... i shoulda made backup cd's of the drivers like the manual suggested when i got the computer, but im a stubborn techy who likes to think he doenst need crap like that - proves me wrong.

Find your burner in Device Manager Right click on the drive and choose the properties box Click on the DRIVER tab and down at the bottom there is an option to UNINSTALL DRIVER Try that & see if it reinstalls the driver once you reboot. You normally get a choice of where to install the driver from & you should try to force windows to go to the web for the driver rather than use a local file already on your hdd.
