| Pioneer DVR-106 and newer media I haven't seen an updated firmware for the 106 for awhile. Does it support the newer media such as TY 8x, of course written at 4x? I am under the impression that to get the best writing quality that a drive should have a specific writing strategy for each media ID (DVD-R) and that is done through a firmware update. Ritek G04 4x and TY 4x is getting hard to find these days. Thanks! |
