| Pioneer 111D speed loss Hi, I have the Pioneer 111D and am using Verbatim DVD-R's (16x). I have found that when burning, for the first 58%, I can hear my drive working and the estimated completion time is around 4.5 minutes, for a full dvd at 16X. However, once it reaches around 60%, the noise from the drive goes and the completion time increases to around 7.5 minutes. Is this normal? thx |

| Re: Pioneer 111D speed loss Welcome to the forum ![]() It is possible to see what happen during the burn running a burn test with CD-DVD Speed. If you don't want to waste a disc, it is possible to do also a test in simulation. Can you do a simulation test from an ISO file and post the graph here? ![]() More details can be found here I suggest to check both options
