Invalid block adress

I'm receiving this error ("Invalid block adress") most of the times I burn a DVD-R with my Pio 111D@111L and Nero Burning ROM 7.10.1.0.

The thing is that I receive this error with the same DVD brand (and same code) that didn't gave me any problems before .

What could it be?
The lens of the dvd burner, a wrong setting, the DVD media (but I find it difficult to believe because as I said before I had none of these problems with the same DVDs in the past), or what else?

Note that I am having this result with three different brands of DVD on the same packet of DVDs that never gave me problems. So I'm more inclined to think that it is lens problem.

CMC MAG. AE1 (HP DVD-R 8x) (fair quality)
CMC MAG. AE1 (RiVision DVD-R 8x) (not good media, but acceptable for stuff I don't really care)
TTH02 (DataWrite Red Mach4 DVD-R 16x) (apperantly not good media...but with a scan it looks good).

Rivision

Thanks to everyone that will be so kind replying to my doubts.

Re: Invalid block adress

Get better media, and dont use crappy Nero.
Use Imgburn and post the log.
