Asus / Pioneer Burner Discuss, Can Pioneer 106 be hacked to write dual-layer at CD and DVD Burners forum; If yes, I'll be pleased as I bought this drive just 6mos ago and don't want to spend money on dual layer writer now. If no, I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and buy a dl writer. Any suggestion from the experts here?? Thx

Can Pioneer 106 be hacked to write dual-layer

You're right, but fot the future we should look into making our a06 and a07 dl burners. anybody with me on this?

hell yeah i'm with ya, i just ordered me a 107 @ the knock-down price of £49 to make it DL too would be the icing on the cake.
