I downloaded the latest version of Nero (6.3.1.15) and of Nero Vision Express (2.1.2.12)
and i found Nero Recode SE,what does the SE mean?

Think it stands for that you have the OEM-version of Nero. It only works with the burner the software was bundled with.

It is also crippled (lots of stuff missing) and not much use for any serious DVD/vid work.
