| Nero Digital Hi, I recoded some 8mm camcorder footage to Nero Digital because at the time I thought it would be the easiest format to work with. Unfortunately I can't seem to do anything with the files except watch them on my computer. I really wanted to put the footage on DVD so that it would be playable in a regular DVD player. I was trying to avoid the redoing the entire real-time encoding thing again as it's about 6 hours of footage. Many thanks in advance for any help. -Adrian

| Re: Nero Digital I'm afraid there is nothing you can do besides re-encoding the whole footage, if you want it to be playable on every DVD player. Nero Digital is MPEG-4-based, whereas DVD Video only allows MPEG-1 and MPEG-2. There are at least some standalone DVD players which support Nero Digital, though. |
