DVDecryptor and Nero 6 Ultra Edition - Club CDFreaks

I'm not sure what is going on! I use to be able to backup my DVDs and now it looks like everything is working fine but when I put the backups in my player it gives me message no disk after trying to load for about 1 minute. I really don't want to buy any more software if I don't have to but I'm open for suggestions. I tried backing up American Pie band camp and it seems to back up ok and the disk will play with windows media player but not in my DVD player. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to CDF's:

Did you recently change to using different discs? What brand/model burner do you have? What is the Media ID for the discs you are using? You can use Nero CD-DVD Speed for all of this.

The type is DVD+R, ID is CMC MAG M01
Burner is Lite-on DVDRW SOHW-1633S BSOY(Firmware)
The Medai is Imation 16X

Are you able to set the booktype for Dvd+R Media to Dvd-Rom?

And to add what speed are you burning them at? Try burning at 12X.

That sounds familiar the Booktype program! Where can I download that?

OK well at one time I downloaded a program to set everything to booktype thats what I was talking about. Do I need to download something or is there a setting in Nero to do that?
