Argh i have nero ultra edition, but how do i get nero recode?

Can i just download it individually from somewhere?

Also do i have to purchase it? I alreayd bouthg ultra edition...

Nero recode is part of the Nero Vision Express package. I think it's contained in download package 2 of nero's regular updates.
