BTC/ Emprex Burner Discuss, Question about Buffer level on 1008 at CD and DVD Burners forum; I connect a 80pin cable, the max buffer level is not going to reach 50% but if i connect a 40pin cable, the average buffer level is about 90-95% so why i connect a 80 pin or 40pin???

This should not be. Check in device manager and make sure you are "Ultra DMA Mode 2".
