| Princo unknow with DRW1004 4.3 firmware To Marco's BTC attention.... ;-) I have DRW1004 with official firmware 4.3 and ..... I can't be able to burn Princo 1-4x DVD-R I was very angry becouse it figure out on the compatibility list but after I read from a Marco's post that there are differents versions of those DVD an that BTC is fighting with princo for this this is my contribute and I hope it will be usefull to others.... the serial number of this DVD-R 1-4x Princo un burn by DRW1004 is H03289240008602 .. EXACTLY THE CRAP VERSION .. |

| We have 3 types of Princo in our lab now, all behaving differently. If our own and our endusers' experiences weren't enough already, I checked the LiteOn forum and found similar problems, so I guess the conclusion is that Princo media just can't be trusted. If you end up with a good batch, good for you ! If you end up with a bad batch, too bad.....  At this moment I can't help out.We are still waiting for Princo's official statement regarding these issues, we've contacted them a couple of weeks ago and they still have to reply. So it's not only their media that has problems...... Anyway, I'm closing this thread. Any news about Princo will be posted on a new thread. Marco BTC Europe Support |
