| Pika One ide004 - is it a BTC 1004IM ? I have a Pika One ide004 dual drive, I read that it really a BTC 1004IM. Can anybody confirm this? I got the drive from Maplin, a big UK electronics retailer. It seems to have firmware version 040. It came with a Ritek 2.4x DVD+RW disk, and it writes it fine at 2.4x, but i read that the BTC can write suitable +RW disks at 4x. Is that right? I am wary of flashing any firmware updates until I am sure that the drives are the same. |
