| Burn never end I have a 1004 with FW 357 of the 1008, and when I burn a DVD+RW it never stops burning (always flashing the led of the drive). I have to force a reboot because I can't exit nero. I tried several brands od DVD+RW like TDK, Memorex, EMTEC. Anyone with the same problem or with a solution? Thanks |

| First, try reflashing it back to the 1004, if the problem still exists, bring it back to the store you got it for for replacement . Got nearly the same problem with my Emprex 1004 - on my system that happened on writing to a DVD+RW (NANYA) with InCD - That DVD+RW is in the BTC compatibility list. I took it back to the store I got it from, they told me that BTC shipped faulty drives in Sept. 03 and that 50 out of 300 drives returned because of failure. They swapped the 1004 drive with a later manufactured 1008 for free  Last edited by TimeTurn; 08-05-2004 at 19:29. |
