The only leagal ones that I know of are from Internet Archive.

I know for a fact you can't legally download/upload movies (or anything copyright really) in the U.S. However, if you live in Canada, or Finland then I believe it's legal.

www.btjunkie.org i've been using that site for ever and never have a problem with anything unless I can't find the full dvd movie i'd just rent it for the hell of it,..

I'm not sure about downloading movies.
File sharing is illegal in America, not sure on other countries.
But I don't think streaming videos off the internet is illegal.

The only legal movies that can be downloaded are ones that you pay for or are so old that the copywrite has expired.

If you are talking about movies that have a copyright , like Dialysis 1 said, it is illegal. If you are talking about a homemade video on You Tube that has not been copyrighted, I think there are tools for that. The only legal way to make a copy of a video is buy it and make a backup.

Ya, I think you can get them on the library of congress website.
There's quite a bit of stuff on there that has expired copyrights that you can get and use for free.
