| Re: where can I download HIGH quality music legally? WAVE files are huge, it wopuld not make much sense to "distribute" them via the net. You can find mp3 and other compressed formats much more easily on the net.

| Re: where can I download HIGH quality music legally? in general if you want 1:1 quality audio at a smaller file size (roughly half the original size)... i would recommend something like .flac or .ape as those are compressed (sorta like .rar files) and when you burn to CD it uncompresses them back into .wav (exactly like original) files. but as far as getting legal stuff i cant really think of any as it will be hard for the legit stuff to be DRM free with quality audio like the scene releases (aka EAC + LAME encoder) are. good luck  |
