Like I would say it depend on who(m) is defining the word safe in public sense or their own definition of meaning of "safe".

Absolutely... but... it's still there. "Protection" is often just the word people use when they want people to be scared.

Most people agree with file sharing. Therefore it should be legal. we do live in a democracy don't we?
