Re: So what do You peoplez use for bittorrent To be on the safe side, many are recommending that you use uTorrent 1.6.1 or older (released before the sellout to anti-P2P), along with PeerGuardian to block all blacklisted IPs. uTorrent 1.6.1: http://bittorment.net/bt-clients/utorrent.exe PeerGuardian: http://phoenixlabs.org/pg2/

Re: So what do You peoplez use for bittorrent I have an older version of Azureus on my old computer, it seemed to work fine. Vuze,YIKES>>>>! I loaded the newest version onto our new computer, and it is another beast entirely. I need to find a new bit torrent client, which is why I am poking around here this morning.

Re: So what do You peoplez use for bittorrent uTorrent for me as well of course coupled with peerguardian....when it updates. What a PITA. I've found that PGII will block some websites such as NewEgg and the http blocking needs to be turned off browsing of such. I've also used Azureus, but it seems bloated with the Vuze BS.
