| SACEM Tax on blank CD's and DVD's in France I'm looking to resell blank CD's and DVD's in France (sourced in the UK). I understand there is a tax for songwriters, producers etc. The tax is called SACEM is about 20p (0.3€) per CD and £1 (1.5€) per DVD. Does anyone know any genuine loop holes to get round paying this tax? |
