A Question

Ok i found this link for kazaalite the ad says they are charging 2$ a month, and that makes it legal is that true?

In the Netherlands a court ruled that Kazaa in itself is not illegal, but this does not apply to other countries.

If the $2 per month is used to pay royalties on the songs you download, it would be perfectly legal to download. However, if this is only a license fee for Kazaa as software (to use it ad free), then downloads do not automatically become legal.

its just someone that is trying to sucker you into buying kazaa lite. its a free program. The $2 is going towards their own pocket and will most likely never go to any artist labels. i saw one version today that was charging 19.99 for kazaa lite and its still not legal to download copyrighted songs (im assuming this because there was NO real explination as to why it was legal http://k-lite-legal.com/ if you can find a real reason tell me.)
