| Re: P2P in Canada And... the RIAA tried to get the isp's up there to fold and give them info but the isp's told them to get lost. I believe this has been settled in court in the isp's favor. Score one for the hoser's !! |

| Re: P2P in Canada The law here's kind of complicated and probably open to challenges, but seems to be positive at the moment. A great web site to keep up to date with all issues around downloading / DRM / copyright etc is Michael Geist here - an awful lot to read and take in  I'm still going through a lot of this stuff, but good to know some legal folks are working hard on this stuff
