| Bittorrent will be King I found this article, and its 2nd part to be fascinating. The author talks of how bittorrent has revolutionised the distribution (piracy) of TVs. Dr Who, Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, Lost - there are so many shows which have an audience of thousands purely by bittorrent. The author describes a possible future where bittorrent (or something similar) will take over from regular broadcast TV as the means of getting programs out to viewers. Sound far fetched? Read the article.  |
