A Strange problem with backup a DVD navigation disc ??

Recently I moved to work in DUBAI so I shipped my car with me,
I bought a new DVD navigation for my Lexus and I want to take a backup of it in case it gets damage

When I put it in my IBM laptop the DVD NAV disc eject automatically ???
and a message appears on my screen said that ( THIS DVD NAVIGATION DISC IS PROTECTED AND IT USED FOR CARS ONLY .......).

So how can I copy this DVD navigation disc also I want to know what kind of protection it has?

Thanks ,
