Smarte & Norton Antivirus 2004

I wanted to backup a Norton Antivirus 2004, I scanned it with A-Ray Scanner 2.0.0.1 (the latest one as of 29.08.2004) and it listed the protection as Smarte.

Does anyone know a way to backup Norton Antivirus 2004

I have Alcohol 120%

CloneCD with most profiles

P.S. I read the section about backing up Rise of Nations: Thrones and Patriots and it said that it had Smarte protection as well, I thought i could backup Norton Antivirus 2004 the same way but obviously Rise of Nations: Thrones... is a game, and NA 2004 is a data disc

HELP ME!!!!!!!!

I have an Optorite DVD RW DD0405
Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz
512 Mb RAM

Re: Smarte & Norton Antivirus 2004

I never knew NAV04 had Smarte, just protected by activation. Smarte is a piss easy protection to copy, you should have no problems with your DVD-RW. Just use the SafeDisc profile in alcohol 120% and you should be ok.

Re: Smarte & Norton Antivirus 2004

that sounds more like an error from aray scanner.

I would use a simple cd-copy method.
