NO CD image copy

<<< Copy PC games whith out making a CD image >>>

1. put the game disk it your CD or DVD drive

2. when the game boots up to install or play quit the game

3. goto My Computer and Right click the game and select OPEN

NOTE:duble clicking the CD will install or play you must right click and choose open

4. use ctrl A to select all the files of the CD

5. copy and paste them in a new folder name it the same as the game cd in My Computer.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for a multiple Disk game

7. USe any CD Burning program and burn the files you copied as a data CD and you must name the cd you are going to burn the same as it was on the cd you copied from.

NOTE: it will not work if you change the name

NOTE: if you put the files you copied from the cd into a folder only burn the files and folders that you copied from the cd

after it's Burned put cd in and play !

I DID THIS WITH DOOM 3 !!!!!

Re: NO CD image copy

If you do that, don't you lose the safedisc information needed to start the game....i don't see how it could work unless you use a c***k file!

Re: NO CD image copy

you do not loose safe disk protection but you don't need it unless you don't want to put disk in to play.

Example: Doom3 copy all disks like i said befor then you can install run the game with the copies Safe disk is still there but you can fix that as we all know.

Re: NO CD image copy

Yes, but this method won't work if you want to PLAY the game using a backup disc, but its fine for creating discs to install from.
